This choice rental is located between Martinez Lake and Fisher's Landing 40 miles north of Yuma, Arizona.

Reservations - $350 Damage/Security Deposit required to hold reservations. Full payment must be received two weeks prior to reserved date. Checks or Money orders accepted.
Cancellations - must be received two weeks prior to reserved dates for full reservation refund. Refunds for late cancellations will be at the discretion of the owners.
No Pets for rentals of less than two weeks. The property is not fully fenced and the garden contains pet unfriendly cacti. Long term renters may inquire about making special arrangements for pets.

Additionally there are (2) single Hide-a bed couches in main salon and (1) Roll-a-away. The 3 bathrooms in the house have showers only. The Master bedroom has a private bath and there is a shared bath on the main floor next to Bunk-bedroom.
